The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have released the provisional answer key and response sheets for RRB ALP CBT 2 (CEN 01/2026) on 5 August 2026. The CBT 2 exam was held on 28 July 2026 across multiple shifts.

How to Check Your RRB ALP CBT 2 Answer Key
- Visit your regional RRB website (e.g. rrbcdg.gov.in, rrbbhopal.gov.in, rrbmumbai.gov.in — whichever RRB you applied under).
- Click on the Candidate Login link under the ALP CEN 01/2026 section.
- Enter your registration number and password (or date of birth).
- Download your response sheet and the tentative answer key for your shift.
Marking Scheme and Score Calculation
- Part A — 100 questions for 100 marks, covering Mathematics, General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Science and General Awareness.
- +1 mark for each correct answer
- -1/3 mark for each incorrect answer
- Part B — qualifying only; you need the minimum qualifying marks but it does not count toward your final merit score.
Final merit = 70% weightage of normalized CBT 2 (Part A) marks + 30% weightage of CBAT T-Score.

Objection / Challenge Window
RRB opens an online challenge window after the provisional answer key. Candidates who believe an answer is incorrect can raise an objection with supporting evidence for a nominal per-question fee. The final answer key is published after review of all valid challenges.
