CBT 1 Syllabus

  • Mathematics (30 Questions): Number Systems, BODMAS, Decimals, Fractions, LCM/HCF, Ratio and Proportion, Percentages, Mensuration, Time and Work, Time and Distance, Simple/Compound Interest, Profit and Loss, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Elementary Statistics.
  • General Intelligence & Reasoning (25 Questions): Analogies, Series (Alphabetical/Number), Coding-Decoding, Mathematical Operations, Relationships, Syllogisms, Venn Diagrams, Data Interpretation, and Decision Making.
  • General Awareness (15 Questions): Current Affairs, Indian History, Geography, Polity, Constitution, Economics, Environment, Sports, and General Scientific/Technological Developments.
  • General Science (30 Questions): Physics, Chemistry, and Life Sciences (broadly based on the 10th standard CBSE curriculum).

CBT 2 Syllabus — Non-Technical Section (Common to all)

  • General Awareness (15 Questions): History, Geography, Polity, Economy, Current Affairs, and Environmental issues.
  • Physics & Chemistry (15 Questions): Class 10th-12th level fundamentals.
  • Basics of Computers & Applications (10 Questions): Computer architecture, input/output devices, MS Office, Operating Systems, Networking, and basic security/viruses.
  • Basics of Environment & Pollution Control (10 Questions): Types of pollution, waste management, global warming, ozone depletion, and control strategies.

CBT 2 Syllabus — Technical Section

  • Civil Engineering: Engineering Mechanics, Building Materials, Strength of Materials, Surveying, Concrete Technology, RCC & Steel Structures, Soil Mechanics, and Environmental/Highway Engineering.
